Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, contributions must meet the following criteria:

• Made between Feb 23rd 2023 and May 10th 2024

• Impact has already been delivered (no unshipped projects or promises of future impact!)

• Impact delivered is above and beyond a scope of work that was already funded (through PEPs, Sockets, RFPs) or contribution was unsolicited or voluntary and did not receive prior funding
